How qualified are Westminster Arts Academy's violin instructors?
We carefully select instructors that are professionals in the music industry and/or have a college degree in music. All instructors work great with all ages and genuinely love teaching just as much as they love music. What will I learn from violin lessons at Westminster Arts Academy?
Whether you aspire to be Paganini or Lindsey Sterling, our instructors can help you achieve your goals step by step! Our students spend time each week working on technical skills to improve their sound quality and intonation, but also have their favorite songs incorporated into the lessons so they finish with their favorite piece. Our violin teachers, through their care and expertise, will certainly nurture any student’s love of the violin.
Are there violin recitals?
Absolutely! Every Summer and Winter, students have the opportunity to perform in a real theater and be treated like a concert violinist! Unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge students a fee to perform. All family and friends are welcome to attend. In addition to the on stage recitals, we also provide virtual concerts and performances around the community. See our performance page for more information.
